Firstly, I don't have that many readers. Which is a shame, cuz this is such a great diary....(hee hee).
Secondly, there is someone in "Sunnyvale,"California, who is a faithful reader (perhaps it is my good friend D?). Secondly, there is someone in Dubai, who, though not faithful, does check in once in a while. And, there is also someone from "Hefa, Haifa"...
Anyways, kuriosity maybe kills the kat, but I am still curious to know who these people are...so if you could leave me notes when you read, even just this next time, I would really appreciate it. I realize that the "city" name is actually the city where the server is, and not the reader. The Dubai reader really intrigues me, I must admit!
This morning I was out again searching and rescuing....the training, that is. The ticks are very prolific out in the bush these days, and I am picking them off me and my dogs now. Yuck...Honey still needs a good brushing to get the burrs out, and my yard is, anyways, infested with ticks, that were included free with the pup, by whoever tossed puppy into my yard. She dropped so many nymphs, it seems they are now maturing into spider-like adults now. Thankfully, due to treatments, they are not attaching to any of the dogs, and the few that did, are dead. But eeeuooo(how do you spell that anyways....yuck!!)
Yesterday, under A's urging, I took puppy to be spayed. So she is. She has recovered nicely even though she did throw up yesterday's dinner last night. This morning she is active and hungry. The whole scar is about 3 cm long. That's all!
While she was under the knife, I took dd to the mall and we caught "Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest." I guess it was good, although not remembering the first movie, kind of threw me off. Certainly the effects are great, the action exciting and Johny Depp's acting totally amazing and amusing. I never knew pirates walked like that...or did eye makeup!
The fact that I got a free ticket for points from AmEx card was good too.
We picked up Shadow, who looked fine, though dopey.
In the evening my sister and R came over for a "cheese party" with a few morsels I brought back from Holland. Good time was had by all, even though the crackers were stale....And they both went home with a pack of bulbs!!
