Anyways, she seems pleased. I hope this will get her off her butt and trying out the Pilates. I am constantly amazed how every 22 min episode seems to be absolutely PERFECT for me every time. I LOVE PILATES.
I have been sick, sick, sick. I guess I caught it from Odelia, and while I thought I was getting the flu on Tuesday morning (aching all over, etc.) it has basically just turned into a very bad cold. I cancelled all my classes yesterday (because I was so tired) and today (because I was sneezing and my nose was running so much, that I couldn't say 3 words in a row without grabbing a kleenex!) Odelia said I shouldn't cancel, as the kids would be thrilled to catch my cold. Ha ha.
I have spent the time really working on my site: English with LInda - improving it with use of frames, css pages, etc. I am working on it online, which isn't really that great, cuz if someone is viewing it one minute, the next minute it changes. But...who cares. Tonight I am working on the Hebrew pages.
Today a REALLY interesing thing happened.
My mom decided to clean out the big garbage can just outside the property, because today, instead of lifting and tilting and dumping out the contents, the garbage man just plucked out the single, tied bag and tossed it into the truck, leaving some detritus on the bottom.
Well, she pulled out a sock, filled with THIS!!!
Other than one little brooch that is marked 18K, it seems that all the other stuff is crap or costume. Seems like some thief robbed a place, and then dumped all the non-valuables. DH suggested I put up a few signs locally, saying we have found some jewelry and if anyone can describe any of the pieces, they can have it back. Some was quite nice.
