Anyways, the HOT guy came by and hooked us up. I have just about read through outstanding emails from my few lists. Really, in 5 days, there is not much important that comes into my inbox.
Today saw me at the "orthoped," having been suffering a bad pain in my right knee for about three weeks. Running Honey in the agility meet 2 weeks ago didn't help matters, of course. Seems I have an inflammation, and I am taking drugs to counter that, and the doc also recommended I lose a few pounds!!!! Boy!! You'd think I look like Mama Cass!!!! Ok, I admit, though, I have put on about 5 kg, and really should try to get back to 52. So...I'll try to cut down on the chocolate and ice-cream. Drat. Just thinking about it, makes me crave it.
I will try to set myself a goal to lose 4 kg by the end of June. Sound reasonable?
So today, I popped up a batch of popcorn in the mw (no oil) and that will be my snacking medium for a while. (I did tend to go a lot with cookies and cakes....I WILL STOP!!!!)
Now, I shall walk my condiments (Honey and Pepper). That should work off about 122 calories or thereabouts.
