I was playing online on Yahoo Backgammon, and ended up playing with an Arab from the Old City. It was really strange. I felt like we were skirting the major issues (of which there are, obviously, many). I guess it wouldn't have been so scary, if he didn't, rather right off the bat, ask is i wanted to exchange email addresses. Which I didn't.
I did a quick google check, though, of "odelinded" and realized that it wouldn't take him two seconds to know my email, and phone number, and probably my address too.
So, after thanking him politely for the game, I quickly went into Yahoo and signed up for a different name, which I shall use online for playing.
Now, if I give it away here, I wonder if there will now be a way to connect it, since by doing a search, it would link to THIS very entry, which would give away my old name, which, after a google search, would put me right back where I started. So, I won't let on to it here.
